Research shows that the most important factor in determining how successful counselling will be is the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist, so it is really important that you feel comfortable with your chosen counsellor. I therefore offer  a free half hour meeting so that we can both be sure we feel able to work together.

On-going sessions: £60

I offer both short and long term counselling depending on your situation.

All sessions last 50 minutes. Research shows that the most important factor in determining how successful counselling will be is the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist, so it is really important that you feel comfortable with your chosen counsellor. 

• Short term counselling usually lasts for 12 weeks but can be less than this.

• Long term counselling can be on-going. However, there are regular reviews to ensure that your needs are being met therapeutically.

Payment method

Payment can be made in cash at the beginning of each session or online via bank transfer which can also be arranged in advance.

I offer reduced rates for therapy students.
